Founded by Art, an ultra-talented gentleman and family business owner whose last name no one knows, Art Flower and Gift Shoppe has been the go-to for flowers in Rockville Centre and its surrounding towns since 1938. Located at 41 North Village Avenue, our shop continues to bring smiles to our customers’ faces during their most memorable occasions.
In November 1991, Keith Linsalata bought the business and became the third family owner to take the helm and provide the highest-quality flowers with exceptional designs. He and Debbie Whitfield have grown the business to what it is today. Keith and Debbie’s philosophy is simple: Every customer is a part of the family, and listening to their needs is vital. Over the past thirty years, Keith, Debbie and their team have operated Art Flower & Gift Shoppe with this philosophy. From weddings to parties to funeral flowers, their talented staff works hard to ensure we meet every customer’s highest expectations.
In addition to offering freshly cut flowers within 24 hours for all occasions, giving back to the community is a value we strongly believe in. From selling blue bows to support our local law enforcement to gold bows for childhood cancer to creating floral design classes to help nonprofits raise much-needed funds to our own Petal it Forward event, where we give away over 1,000 bouquets to lift people’s spirits through the power of flowers, Keith and his team believe community is everything.
